Official transcripts/credentials are required after you are admitted to a graduate program. At the time of admission, your application checklist will indicate the specific credentials that we require from you.

Official transcripts should be sent after all coursework is complete with grades and if applicable, degree awards are finalized. If you are in the process of completing a degree or coursework, do not submit any documents until your grades and degree awards appear on your credentials.

It is your responsibility to request official transcripts/credentials from the required institution(s).

University officials may contact institutions directly to verify official documents. If we are unable to verify the student's transcripts or credentials, the University reserves the right to drop the student from active status and may refer the matter to authorities.

Please contact the Graduate School with questions about official transcripts and credentials.
