The Graduate Student Experience in the Research University (gradSERU) Survey is now open! This University-wide survey gives graduate and professional students an opportunity to share their experiences and help shape the future of graduate education at the University of Minnesota.
Your feedback makes a difference—previous gradSERU results have led to program improvements, enhanced advising, and new student support resources. This year’s goal is to reach a 40% response rate, ensuring every program has strong representation.
Survey results are reported only for programs with at least five responses, so your participation is essential—especially for smaller programs and for students from underrepresented groups.
As a thank-you, participants will be entered into drawings for $25 Amazon gift cards held throughout the survey period, plus a $500 grand prize at the end of the survey.
