What is the Fulbright Minnesota/Trondheim Exchange?
The University of Minnesota Graduate School has an exchange program with the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), whereby one U of M graduate student who has qualified for a Fulbright Scholarship and wishes to study at NTNU will receive additional funding from NTNU. Who is Eligible?
Applicants for the Minnesota/Trondheim Exchange Program must be U.S. citizens currently enrolled in a research degree program (Master's or Ph.D.), which can be pursued at NTNU. Knowledge of the Norwegian language is not required, though it is encouraged.
How Do I Apply?
Students interested in the Minnesota/Trondheim Exchange program should contact the Graduate School Fellowship Office. In addition to completing the online Fulbright application by the August 28, 2019 campus deadline, they should obtain a letter of affiliation from a faculty member at NTNU.
